DAARR Our happiness model
To support the adoption and implementation of the ‘Occupational Happiness’ Process, we have designed our proprietary Occupational Happiness Model entitled ‘DAARR’ which is composed of five components:
- 1- ‘Detect’ the sources or gates of our frustration
- 2- ‘Abandon’ those sources that can be eliminated
- 3- ‘Recognize’ when we are in a state of frustration
- 4- ‘Reduce’ the intensity and duration of our frustration
